Since a famous Dutch Formula 1 driver is soon expecting a baby girl, we were asked to anodize components in PINK for a special gift.

We successfully produced the exact shade requested. Our best wishes to the V family and their daughter!

New measurement technology at Fischer

As part of a research project, we are optimizing oxide layers on hairpin coils for electric mobility. Our partner here is the Fraunhofer Institute (IKTS) in Dresden. The aim is to optimize the dielectric properties while maintaining the greatest possible temperature stability. We would particularly like to thank Mr. Andres Braach from the Schleich company for the excellent service he provided in this challenging area.

The coating of damping elements is becoming increasingly important to us. The most important factor for subsequent practical application is the friction properties. In order to be able to determine these with the highest accuracy, we have decided on a very special measuring device from Kyowa. After we were able to see the technology in Japan, we have now successfully put the test system into operation here. We would like to thank Mr. Takuya Koroku in particular for his visit and excellent support!

New high-end rectifier for our laboratory

We would like to thank plating electronic for their kind support. Together, we have configured an optimal device for our laboratory that can generate even the most complex current forms. The reverse pulse device supplied is particularly suitable for developing high-performance processes for coating the most difficult alloys. When selecting the device, the focus was not only on the perfect and fast reproduction of the programmed current patterns, but also on the scalability for later industrial implementation. We would particularly like to thank Mr. Christoph Fleig for his intensive advice and the support provided during the many preliminary tests.

During the visit of our dye supplier TECHEVON from America, Pinakin and Tej Patel took the time to initiate my children Nadja and Alexander into the secrets of aluminum coloring.

Pinakin Patel is considered the best dye chemist in the world and is also an extremely child-friendly person who is keen to pass on his knowledge to young people and awaken enthusiasm for chemistry.
