That makes the Difference!

Development and progress as a leitmotif ...

Development

1. Development

In our well-equipped Technikum laboratory we develop new ideas for you, such as our xH4® and LF4® processes, and we carry out tests on components surface-treated by other companies to establish their characteristics.

Analysis

2. Analysis

Every process step undergoes a full analysis in our in-house laboratory twice a week. This very short interval reduces fluctuations in the processing solutions to a minimum – optimal coatings are only possible with perfectly functioning chemistry.

Data Collection

3. Data Collection

Eight networked SPC units continuously monitor all our processes and transmit the process data to our servers.

Process Monitoring

4. Process Monitoring

The actual anodizing is controlled by our patented polymeroxid®_control current-density controller. During the oxidation process the system makes use of current-density profiles previously learned by the system, thereby guaranteeing the best possible process conditions and outstanding reproducibility.

Production Control

5. Production Control

Process-relevant parameters for each article are managed by our ERP system planO. Drawings and photographs can also be integrated into this system. On loading the work-pieces for processing, all this information is made available to the operatives by touch screen.

Archiving of Production Data

6. Archiving of Production Data

All production data such as personnel data, the analysis results for all the processing baths, current, voltage, current-density, process duration, temperature, pressure, flow rate, water quality and layer thickness, are recorded for every part coated, archived on our servers and permanently stored.

Process Certificates

7. Process Certificates

For every coating batch you receive the appropriate certificate, automatically and free-of-charge, by e-mail. Our customers have often found that forwarding these certificates to the end-user can give them a competitive advantage.
