November 2021: The next generation will be made fit!
During the visit of our dye supplier TECHEVON from America, Pinakin and Tej Patel took the time to initiate my children Nadja and Alexander into the secrets of aluminium dyeing.
Pinakin Patel is considered the best dye chemist in the world and is also an extremely kind person who likes to pass on his knowledge to young people and inspire enthusiasm for chemistry.
November 2021: Surprise from a valued customer
It is very nice to be told by a customer when something has gone well.
As a rule, you only get feedback in the case of complaints.
One of our favourite customers thanked us with a "sweet surprise", which we were very happy about!
October 2021: Reinforcement for our laser team
Since our laser service is being used more and more, we have received a new "colleague" from TROTEC. This system also has the maximum expansion level. We can now offer even better delivery times and redundancy is always guaranteed in case of malfunctions.
September 2021: IHAA quality seal
At this year's IHAA board meeting, Fischer Oberflächentechnik was awarded the Quality Seal. This global quality standard distinguishes leading hard anodizing companies. Many years of effort and investment in staff, manufacturing, ERP and laboratory have paid off, as only about 15 companies received the IHAA committee's stringent approval.
May 2019: Great components!
For our customer Roperunner we hard-anodized several extremely complex components.
Here it had to be masked a lot and a difficult to anodize material was used.
We are very pleased that everything worked out so well!
April 2019: Successful re-certification DIN ISO 9001/2015
We have successfully passed the re-certification without significant complaints. We thank the company VIA-CONSULT and the TÜV Nord for the perfect support and very friendly cooperation!
January 2019: Completely new anodising plant put into operation
Fischer 2.0 - we have taken a good million into our hands for you and built one of the most modern anodising plants for precision parts in Europe! We remain exactly with our core business, i.e. the anodic coating of precision parts.
Our goal is to stabilize quality at a high level. We assume that products with ever higher quality requirements will continue to be produced in Germany. In order to continue to be able to offer our customers a solution for this, we have now implemented everything we have learned over the past 20 years in terms of plant engineering. We would be delighted if we could continue to be the partner of your choice in the future!
