Our complete team includes 45 qualified employees for management, production planning, accounting and logistics. We have 40 qualified specialists for masking, blasting, anodizing, hard anodizing and laser marking.

In-house training and further education are of great importance, since the standard training of an electroplater does not cover anodizing and hard anodizing. We have to convey all the necessary specialist knowledge through many training packages, which are managed in an extremely extensive qualification matrix. In addition to metallurgy, anodic processes, plant engineering and chemical pre- and post-treatment, the training also includes the extensive QA structure at Fischer Oberflächentechnik GmbH.

As we anodize many millions of components every year, many of which have to meet extreme requirements in terms of appearance and/or technical properties, in-house training is a key element. Since the effort involved in bringing employees up to the necessary level of qualification is very high and therefore expensive, we try to avoid staff turnover.

We pay our employees very well and so the whole team has been together for years, sometimes even decades. We consciously see our company as a family business and it is managed in the same way. Every employee is an important part of the big FISCHER family and is treated as such. You can buy a machine new – but a good anodizer or hard anodizer does not grow on trees…
