As a medium-sized company, we have specialized in anodizing and hard-anodizing precision mechanical workpieces used in racing, precision engineering, and mechanical engineering. We are happy to advise you right from the planning stage – because choosing the most suitable anodizing alloy and a coordinated anodization process is the only way to achieve optimal results. Technology with a system
Some techniques that are unknown to our competitors are standard for us. For example, we use the NiMag® system to consolidate our layers, which not only provides the greatest possible UV protection for organic dyes but also excellent alkali resistance and above-average corrosion protection. The patented polymeroxid®-composite hard anodized layers are the benchmark for many of our renowned customers. In the ERP system planO, developed by us over a period of more than 10 years, we collect and archive all relevant coating information fully automatically. With every delivery, you receive a free process certificate for the anodized or hard anodized components. The customer can view the current production status themselves in our online portal.

Project process
PREPARATION OF AN OFFER
For each requested component, an individual parameterization is carried out in accordance with the alloys, requirements and standards you have planned. The master data then contains not only information on the necessary secondary processing, but also all geometric values, the alloy, the design of the electrical connection, all parameters of the chemical and electrochemical processes, drawings and/or photos for handling. The collection of such comprehensive data sets is laborious, but it is the only way to ensure the necessary reproducibility and to avoid errors.
PLANNING
As a contract service provider, we have to deal with the typical chaotic situations. Rush orders at short notice, postponed deadlines and extreme fluctuations in incoming orders lead to dramatic differences in production capacity utilization. Our planO system continuously calculates the actual situation, plans the production control accordingly and juggles the available capacities. With up to 15,000 orders with up to 20 order items per year, chaos is otherwise guaranteed.
PRODUCTION
All departments are linked to our ERP. All information is available online to our 45-strong team at every step of the process. The process is always transparent for the customer, as they can view it using the online tool. We use the latest plant technology for the actual anodization process, which represents the highest current technical standard.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our quality assurance leaves nothing to be desired. In our in-house chemical laboratory, we carry out a full analysis of all process steps twice a week. The equipment in our physical laboratory is second to none. In addition to a wide range of measuring methods for wear measurement, we also have testing technology for friction, corrosion protection, UV stability, dielectric strength, gloss level and color. Our constant pursuit of quality and technology is confirmed by the IHAA quality label.
