Six simple reasons why we are better.

1. Research and development

In our well-equipped technical center, we develop new processes for you, such as our xH4® and LF4. On behalf of our customers, we optimize existing technologies for the planned application or test the properties of workpieces coated by other companies.

2. In-house ERP software

All process-relevant parameters can be found clearly arranged in our ERP system planO. Drawings and photos can also be integrated here, and are available to our employees at all times. Our ERP system planO thus ensures a smooth, fast process. And if you always want to be fully informed: our online tracking service offers you real-time tracking of your workpieces, conveniently via the internet – for full transparency and control.

3. Analytics

Every stage of the process undergoes a full analysis in our in-house laboratory twice a week. These very short intervals reduce the fluctuations of the solutions to a minimum, but only perfectly functioning chemicals also enable optimal finishing.

4. Process monitoring

Eight networked PLC controllers monitor all processes and continuously transmit the operating data to our two main servers. The actual anodization is controlled by our patented current density control polymeroxid®_control. During the oxidation process, the system accesses the previously self-learned current density profiles, thus ensuring the best possible process conditions and excellent reproducibility.

5. Archiving of operating data

All operating data such as employee information, analysis values of all baths, current, voltage, current density, times, temperatures, pressures, flow rates, water quality and layer thickness are recorded for each coated part, archived on our servers for 10 years and permanently secured.

6. Process certificate

You will automatically receive the corresponding process certificates for each coating free of charge by email. All order-relevant values are documented here. Forwarding this certificate by our customers to the end user has very often proven to be a competitive advantage!

High-volume production has its own difficulties. However, we process over 10,000 orders a year, consisting of individual pieces and small and medium-sized series. Practically all order items require individual processes and process chains (>25 alloys, masking, blasting, chemical pretreatments, colors and special colors, a wide range of sealing processes, lasing, etc.)!
